The mission of Alaska Right to Life is to protect and defend innocent human life…from the moment of conception until natural end of life.

In a few short weeks, we at Alaska Right to Life will be hosting our annual fundraising banquet. Our speaker this year will be David Bereit, National Director of the 40 Days for Life campaign, and former Executive Director of American Life League. David is a dynamic speaker with a compelling story of success. Due to his efforts, 14 abortion clinics have gone out of business, dozens of clinic workers have walked away from the abortion industry, and thousands of lives have been saved. This is an event you do NOT want to miss! We are unveiling a new project that has the possibility to fundamentally change the pro-life movement in the state of Alaska. You will be inspired!

As the state’s largest pro-life gathering, the Alaska Right to Life, Take A Stand banquet is a great place to network with like-minded Alaskans and get up to speed with what is happening on the front lines of the human rights struggle in the twenty-first century. We hope that you will make room on your calendar for this important event.

The sit-down dinner will begin promptly at 7 p.m. and the program will immediately follow. This event is being underwritten so there is no charge to attend, however this banquet is the most important fundraiser of the year for Alaska Right to Life and a financial appeal will be made.

More Info	Last year 1,715 children were aborted in Alaska.That is roughly 143 babies who were killed each month. As part of our 40 Days for Life vigil, we would like to invite you to come join us for a prayer gathering in front of Planned Parenthood on Thursday, October 20th at 11 am. We will be praying together for an end to abortion and releasing 143 balloons into the air in memorial of the children who were aborted each month last year. Since this will be during business hours, we want a large gathering…bring a friend and join us in beseeching God for an end to abortion.

A 40 Days for Life volunteer was praying in front of Planned Parenthood praying, when a vehicle drove by and someone threw a bottle at him. His first thought was, “Time to leave!”

Instead, this faithful volunteer stayed there and kept praying. A while later, a woman came out of Planned Parenthood and looked at the prayer volunteer and simply said: “I’m going to keep mine.”

“We don’t know how many factors contributed to her decision to carry her child to term, but we do know that faithful prayer warriors are making a difference,” said Haylee in Anchorage. “What a miracle to know that a life has been saved!”
